Definition:
Return to Base: Customers return
printer to Lexmark at their cost. Lexmark repairs the printer and returns it at
Lexmark's cost. Turnaround a minimal of 7 days.
Exchange: Courier Service
will deliver a replacement printer in exchange for the faulty printer.
On-site
Exchange: Technical Couriers will disconnect the faulty printer, remove cartridge
and options and install the replacement printer.
On Site Repair: A
trained Lexmark Engineer will attend the customer site. Response time is usually
next business day.
Please note:
Upgrades from Return to Base include
the 12 month guarantee.
Additional 1 year bought with or before expiry of
a 2 Year Pack.
Lexmark reserves the right to supply a reduced service to Scottish
Highland and ex-mainland UK Dependant islands due to geographic and/or weather
conditions.
